How are clothing measurements taken?
CHEST measurement is calculated from the underarm seam to the next underarm seam and measured in inches. To give a full chest estimate, simply double the underarm measurement given. LENGTH measurement is calculated from the top of the shoulder (at the seam where possible) straight down to the hem of the shirt. Number given will be in inches. SLEEVE LENGTH measurement is calculated from the top of the shoulder (at the seam where possible) straight down the sleeve to the cuff and is given in inches. WAIST measurement is calculated from one side straight across to the other at the waist. Number is doubled and given in inches. HIP measurement is calculated generally based on pockets or where pockets would normally lie. We measure from the side seam under the pocket straight across to the other side seam under the other pocket. Number is doubled and given in inches. Hip measurement is generally given only in large or plus sized clothing, tho requests will be honored for any item. RISE measurement is calculated from the crotch seam straight up to the top of the waist and given in inches. INSEAM measurement is calculated from the crotch seam straight down the leg seam to the pant cuff. Number is given in inches.

Can you explain your shipping prices?
Randa's Resale strives to offer you the lowest shipping cost available. I believe a customer should pay a shipping charge, not a shipping cost. Jeans are a great example. Jeans tend to weigh more than other clothing items, and sending via Priority Mail can become costly. Where I step in for you, is I will list a pair of jeans with something like $6 standard shipping. This means if you live in my area, you get Priority shipping, most of the time! And if you live out of my area, you won't pay more than that $6 for shipping! Shipping method can always be changed. Please feel free to ask for additional shipping options, but remember, they may cost more than the listing states.

What are your policies regarding customs or brokerage fees?
Orders outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country/region to country/region; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when purchasing from me, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country/region in which you are receiving the goods.
